Krista is very knowledgeable and personable. She is passionate and confident about nutrition, health and wellness. We had a wonderful class for almost a year and learned a lot about nutrition, health and wellness. Krista’s class was built on trust, respect and privacy among class members. The thing that stood out most to me about her was that she had already been on the same journey that we were taking losing weight and being healthy. An experienced instructor that understood. We learned that if you get off your path, don’t stay off, get right back on. Keep trying, keep pushing and believe in yourself.
